I thought it might be interesting to take a look at a mile along Lakeshore Drive today and a mile along Skyline Drive in a later post.

The Civilian Conservation Corps knew what they were doing when they laid out these two roads. They were built not only to get from one place to another but to provide for wonderful views along the way. Here is my look at One mile, maybe a might more, on Lakeshore Drive a couple of days ago.
